I would like to share with my network something very interesting. Yesterday 7/23/2019 marked my first year work anniversary with International Recovery Associates, Inc. I have been working remotely since the beginning. A lot of changes have occurred. I have total responsibility for all of the social media, new business development, attending or displaying at a variety of different networking events. Having the trust and the respect from the 2 owners of the company Paul Zucker and Angelo Raucci is extremely important. They listen to my ideas and suggestions and if they find them sound they will be implemented. If I or they need something then the telephone or email is always available and I do have total access. Many company’s are not as forward thinking in their plans for growth and many employers do not treat employees with respect and dignity. With 40 years in the collection industry I think that I have earned that, but very rarely is is it show. I have seen that a number of the people employed at I.R.A. is over 20 years. That just goes to show the stability of the company. I.R.A. has been around since 1986. For a collection agency that is a long time. I would like to thank Paul and Angelo for the opportunity.
