Over the last several weeks many people have reached out to congratulate me upon my new position. I would like to take a moment to say thank you to all who acknowledged it. It was a long time coming and the fact that I love what I am doing makes all the difference.
I was hired to be the Customer Service and Collection manager. In just a few short months I have made a tremendous improvement. I have done training, taught collections and customer service. This training alone has decreased the amount of people going into a collection status and at the same time we have also reduced the number of cancellations.
Each day is a new adventure and wake up every morning refreshed and ready to tackle another day.
