SKIPTRACE TRAINING AND PROFIT

Several weeks ago I posted a blog about Skiptracing as a Profit Center.  As the year 2016 is approaching perhaps it is time that you think about that skiptrace division that you have been putting off for some time.  At the same time you need to be thinking of making certain that all skiptracers are properly trained.

What does that mean. It means that your skiptracers are 100% compliant. It means that they need to know the FDCPA, THE FCRA, and the GLB at bare minimum.  Who is doing the training? A collection manager?

I am urging you to look at your company. How many in-statute accounts do you have in the your skip queues? How much money does that amount to if you put forth the effort to collect it.  Perhaps it is time that you look into recouping some of this money.  Who does it benefit? It benefits your agency, your client, your well trained collector, and your well trained skiptracer.  Take a look at the Skiptrace Trainers. See what they can do to help your company.
