As many of you know I have been in the skiptrace business for many years as you have been in your chosen professions for many years as well. I do understand the need to save money and conserve as well. I have always been of the philosophy you have to spend money to make money.
I deal with law firms and collection agencies on a daily basis. Everyone want something for free and guarantees to go along with it.
When a VERIFIED POE is provided there is a guarantee that goes with it. It is valid at the time that you receive it. We do not sit on that information. A law firm asked me to guarantee that for 120 days and if the person is no longer there tehn they should get a credit. I am sorry, but I can not guarantee that a person will not get fired, quit, die or wind up in jail. Perhaps someone would be kind enough to explain why I should guarantee that.
I realize that you have overhead in your company, but so do we. We have a team of trained investigators that are on the phones daily doing these verifications. They do not wish to work for free. Nor will they work on a contingency, based on recovery.
$35.00 is NOT an outrageous fee to ask for a VERIFIED POE. $10.00 for a no hit to cover costs is not a major ordeal. I am happy to explain anything to anyone at anytime. My phone numbers are always posted here. Feel free to use them.
